High-impact colour that survives the wash.
Screen printing is the workhorse for bold logos and big runs. Ink is pushed through a fine mesh stencil and bonded into the fabric - smooth, opaque and vibrant - so your design stays sharp wash after wash.
We separate your artwork by colour, burn a screen for each, and match to Pantone on the press. The more you print, the cheaper each piece gets - making it the go-to for events, teams, merch drops and uniform tees.

What screen
printing is.
What it is
Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil onto the garment - one screen per colour. The result is a smooth, opaque, vibrant print that bonds into the fabric and stays bold wash after wash. It's the most cost-effective method once you're printing in volume.
How it works
We separate your artwork into colours and burn a screen for each. On the press, ink is flooded and pulled through the mesh onto the garment, then flash-cured between colours and fully cured through a conveyor dryer at around 160°C - so the print won't crack or peel. Each colour is registered to line up precisely.
