What it is
Embroidery is your logo built from thread - not printed onto the fabric but stitched into it. A digitised design drives a multi-needle commercial machine that lays thousands of stitches to form the mark, giving a raised, textured, premium finish that reads as quality the moment it's handled.
How it works
Your artwork is digitised into a stitch file that maps every needle path, stitch type and thread density to the garment. The piece is hooped, loaded, and the machine stitches each colour in sequence at around 800 stitches a minute. Backing is removed, loose threads trimmed, and every garment is checked under daylight before it ships.

- Photographs & fine gradients
- Text below ~4mm letter height
- Large solid fills (heavy & stiff)
- Very thin or stretchy fabrics
What to expect
A slightly raised, tactile finish and colours matched to our thread chart (close to - not an exact Pantone match). First orders include a one-time digitising setup; re-orders are cheaper and identical because we hold your file. Typical turnaround is 7-10 working days from artwork approval. Need it sooner? Ask - rush jobs are often possible.
